Reiki is a calming wellbeing practice that creates space for rest, relaxation and reflection.
Standard Reiki session — £40
Approximately 60 minutes.
First appointments may take up to 75 minutes to allow time for a consultation and to discuss your preferences.
Introductory sessions — £30
A limited introductory rate is currently available while I establish my new practice.
Mobile Reiki sessions are available by arrangement in Durham and surrounding areas.
Before your first treatment, you’ll receive a Client Information Pack explaining Reiki, confidentiality, consent and what happens during a session.
You’ll also be asked to complete a short confidential medical/wellbeing questionnaire and consent form.
You remain fully clothed during Reiki and are always in control of whether you prefer hands-off Reiki or appropriate light touch.
Reiki is a complementary wellbeing practice and is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.
I’m a qualified Reiki Level 2 practitioner, professionally insured and practising in accordance with professional Reiki standards.
